Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own business-critical AI challenges and frame them as machine learning tasks
Build end-to-end solutions, prototype models, and implement MLOps practices
Elevate the team by mentoring engineers and introducing tools for improved performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in building production machine learning solutions, especially in NLP
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Hands-on experience with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and MLOps practices
Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow) and experiment tracking (MLFlow)
