AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Engineer to design and implement a data catalog collection service for AI-driven query routing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate a highly available data catalog collection service from diverse data sources
• Develop robust data pipelines for catalog extraction, normalization, and semantic tagging
• Build and maintain RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for exposing catalog data to an AI query agent

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in production services
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python, with a preference for Rust or Python
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline development and metadata management
• Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes in production environments
• Familiarity with at least one major public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
