Key Responsibilities

• Own a product capability end to end, making architectural decisions and shaping client engagement
• Build and ship mission-critical AI agents that drive revenue growth across various sectors
• Define the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) and establish standards for AI agent development and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven ability to manage a product domain from conception to production
• Experience deploying AI-powered systems in production environments
• Strong systems design and architectural judgment in distributed systems and data pipelines
• Daily use of AI coding tools as a primary method of work
