Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer for a Realtime Voice Agent Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build and ship a production-grade realtime voice agent platform with core call capabilities
Design and implement agentic behaviors and improve in-call intelligence
Develop platform APIs and enhance the admin experience for voice agents

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on PHP, VueJS, and MySQL
Proven experience with generative AI technologies and APIs from major providers
Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
Demonstrated full-stack awareness, particularly with VueJS or React
Background in telecommunications, VOIP, or CRM software is a plus
