Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered implementation agents to autonomously generate ServiceNow configurations and related artifacts
- Lead prompt engineering efforts and optimize AI output quality through systematic evaluation and continuous improvement
- Integrate AI solutions with professional services workflows and ensure seamless automation across delivery systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and AI agent development
- Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
- Experience with API design and system integration
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
