A company is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to develop voice agents for automating administrative tasks in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build voice agents for outbound calls to payers, managing IVR navigation and data capture
• Integrate telephony and AI components into reliable production pipelines
• Develop evaluation and QA infrastructure to measure and improve agent performance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• 2+ years of Python experience in building APIs or data workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications in a production environment
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and develop initial versions of new systems
