Key Responsibilities

• Research and apply modern AI methods to develop new product capabilities
• Translate business problems into AI solutions that improve user workflows and drive value
• Architect and integrate agentic chat capabilities throughout the platform
• Build scalable and reliable AI infrastructure for a B2B SaaS product
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to influence the AI roadmap

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML products
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and data pipeline design
• Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI in production
