AI Engineer

Job Summary

Motivated mid-level AI Engineers will design, deploy, and secure generative and agentic AI systems to enhance workflows and operational capabilities in a full-time role focused on critical missions across various domains, including defense and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with scientists and engineers to design and build AI agents that automate complex workflows
• Support R&D and customer-facing programs, facilitating the transition of AI research into operational applications
• Develop software infrastructure for agent communication, API integration, and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience in AI/Automation/MLOps
• Experience in developing agentic AI systems and multi-agent coordination
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and NLP techniques, including prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
• U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
