AI Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a new Internal AI Engineering team, the full-time AI Engineer will prioritize high-impact automation, design and develop production agent systems, and integrate platforms to enhance Socure's AI-driven identity solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize manual workflows for automation
• Design and implement multi-step agent workflows and stateful systems for improved task execution
• Provide feedback on platform integration and contribute to the development of reusable agent design patterns

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework
• Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services and APIs
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI solutions
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions
