AI Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovation in cancer care, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design and ship AI-powered products for oncologists, commercialize proprietary AI models, and enhance clinical workflows through advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ship zero-to-one AI products end-to-end from customer discovery to production deployment
• Build agentic AI systems by designing and implementing autonomous workflows using LLMs
• Collaborate with the AI lab to commercialize proprietary models and contribute to their training and optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLM-powered products
• Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end AI features or products from idea to production
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, with proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks
• Production experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• High agency and autonomy, with a proactive approach to driving impactful work to completion
