AI Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design, build, and operationalize production-grade intelligent services, integrating AI outcomes into core business systems while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems for document understanding, enhanced search, and conversational experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices throughout the development and deployment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field (preferred)
• 3 years of experience in software or data engineering (required)
• 1 year of experience applying ML/AI in production, including model training and deployment (required)
• Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate or related certification (preferred)
• Experience in the health insurance sector (preferred)
