AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and evolution of AI-powered systems, the full-time AI Engineer will design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring reliable outputs and safe deployment across the platform in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI-powered systems, including agents and orchestration layers
• Engineer reliability at scale through schema enforcement, evaluation frameworks, and observability standards
• Establish architectural patterns and mentor engineers in AI-native development practices

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building AI-augmented product capabilities
• Proficiency in event-driven and asynchronous systems design
• Experience with state management strategies and concurrency handling
• Strong skills in API design and integration, including REST and GraphQL
• Advanced knowledge of Python and familiarity with orchestration frameworks
