AI Engineer

Job Summary

To advance a cutting-edge workforce intelligence platform, the full-time remote AI Engineer will develop and optimize agentic AI pipelines, experiment with prompt engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into real-world workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence
• Experiment with prompt engineering, context tuning, and model orchestration to enhance performance
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI systems into operational workflows

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with agentic AI systems scaled to external users
• 4+ years as a Backend Developer or in a similar engineering role
• Strong foundation in Python, LLMs, and agentic architectures
• Experience in prompt engineering, context optimization, and AI pipeline design
• Ability to build fast prototypes and test model behavior in complex contexts
