AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative projects, the full-time Gen AI Engineer will engage in hands-on software development, leveraging expertise in AI/ML technologies while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams and managing a small amount of travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability by developing engineering solutions that ensure high-quality, outcome-focused designs
• Serve as a technical advocate, overseeing code integrity and leading requirement analysis and component design
• Maintain code quality and integrity while mentoring team members and continuously learning new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and React
• Experience with cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and tools such as Agile and DevSecOps
