AI Engineer

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality, outcome-focused solutions, the full-time Gen AI Engineer will engage in hands-on engineering projects, leveraging expertise in AI/ML while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote environment with minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions that drive customer and business outcomes through high-quality designs and implementations
• Serve as a technical advocate, leading requirement analysis and ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals
• Maintain accountability for code quality and design, mentoring other engineers and continuously learning new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML, including at least 1 year focused on GenAI and related technologies
• Proven experience in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-native engineering
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, methodologies, and tools like Agile, DevSecOps, and GitHub
• Ability to travel 10% on average based on work requirements
