AI Engineer

Job Summary

As a Gen AI Engineer, the full-time position will engage in hands-on engineering for high-visibility projects, focusing on delivering AI-driven solutions while working primarily remotely with a 10% travel expectation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability by developing engineering solutions that deliver valuable outcomes and high-quality designs
• Serve as a technical advocate, leading requirement analysis, architecture design, and ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals
• Maintain engineering craftsmanship by writing high-quality code, mentoring team members, and continuously learning new technologies and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure and AWS
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including OOP/OOD and methodologies like Agile and DevSecOps
• Ability to travel 10% as needed based on project requirements
