AI Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, the full-time AI Engineer will work remotely to create intelligent automation and agentic workflows that enhance operations and drive business success.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered features for B2B portals and internal tools, including LLM integrations and intelligent automations
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped AI solutions, utilizing prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-leverage AI opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on building production AI or ML systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering best practices
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience building RAG pipelines and agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search patterns
