AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support internal operations, the remote AI Engineer will design, automate, and scale systems that enhance workflow efficiency, build AI tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain lightweight AI tools and agents to support internal teams and operational workflows
• Automate recurring processes across teams to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and design scalable, technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, systems engineering, automation, or technical operations
• Strong proficiency in Python and building API-driven integrations or automations
• Experience working with cloud environments and modern data infrastructures
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML workflows, and deploying or integrating model-driven systems
• Ability to map internal processes and translate them into scalable, automated solutions
