AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Engineer with a builder's mindset, the full-time remote position will focus on rapidly prototyping AI agents and workflows, designing cloud-native backend services, and collaborating with customers to translate insights into productizable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype AI agents and guided workflows to address customer problems, iterating based on real usage
• Design and implement cloud-native backend services that integrate prompts, tools, and automations from proof of concept to production
• Establish evaluation loops to improve quality and safety of AI systems through testing and human-in-the-loop reviews

Required qualifications:

• 4-8+ years of experience as a software/AI engineer with a track record of shipping products in startup-like environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript for building production services and integrating with APIs
• Proven experience in deploying LLM/agent systems and hands-on evaluation techniques for AI systems
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and context/retrieval patterns
• Solid backend fundamentals, including CI/CD and cloud services, with a focus on automation
