AI Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and building agentic AI workflows, the full-time AI Engineer will operate remotely to create and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable and measurable AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for complex, multi-step tasks with safety controls
• Build and maintain end-to-end RAG solutions, optimizing for relevance and reliability
• Deploy and operate AI services on AWS, ensuring strong operational practices and error handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python and cloud environments, including hands-on experience with Generative AI
• Demonstrated experience in designing agentic AI workflows and building RAG systems
• Proficiency in AWS deployment patterns and operational readiness
• Strong experience with CI/CD practices and Git-based source control
