Job Summary

As a Gen AI Engineer, the full-time position will engage in hands-on engineering for high-visibility projects, focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions while working primarily remote with a 10% travel expectation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions that drive accountability for customer and business outcomes, ensuring high-quality designs and implementations
• Serve as a technical advocate for products, leading requirement analysis, architecture design, development, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create lean engineering solutions through rapid experimentation, ensuring timely delivery of the right solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML, including at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
• Proven experience in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, Angular, React, and cloud-native engineering
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, including OOP/OOD and methodologies like Agile and DevSecOps
• Ability to travel 10% based on project needs
