AI Engineer

Job Summary

As a Gen AI Engineer, the full-time position will focus on delivering high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote environment with a 10% travel expectation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability by developing engineering solutions that solve complex problems and ensure high-quality designs
• Serve as a technical advocate, leading requirement analysis and contributing to architecture, development, and testing
• Engage with customers to develop lean engineering solutions through rapid experimentation, ensuring timely delivery of the right solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML, including at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
• Proven proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-native engineering
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools like Agile, DevSecOps, and GitHub
• Ability to travel 10% based on project requirements
