AI Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging in hands-on engineering for high-visibility projects, the full-time salaried Gen AI Engineer will leverage expertise in AI/ML technologies to deliver impactful software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote environment with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability by developing engineering solutions that ensure high-quality, outcome-focused results
• Serve as a technical advocate, leading requirement analysis and ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals
• Maintain engineering craftsmanship by writing scalable code, mentoring team members, and continuously learning new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure and AWS
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools such as Agile, DevSecOps, and GitHub
• Ability to travel 10% of the time for client engagements and project needs
