AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative Voice AI solutions, the contract AI Engineer will build, deploy, and enhance AI systems for real-time voice interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models and LLM-powered systems for real-time applications
• Manage the entire lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment, ensuring system performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate real-world challenges into effective AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with applied AI
• Hands-on experience with building or deploying LLM-based systems (APIs or custom models)
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying systems at scale
