AI Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time AI Engineer will build agent harnesses, implement evaluation frameworks, and ensure the reliability of production features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop agent harnesses in Python, integrating APIs and SQL queries with structured outputs
• Build evaluation harnesses and implement guardrails around tool execution for reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers to enhance retrieval patterns and refine internal engineering practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python experience with production services
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs in production environments
• Working knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Experience with LLM observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch or MLflow
• Fluency with Git, Docker, and modern API frameworks
