AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support healthcare innovation, the full-time AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using enterprise large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems, while working remotely to enhance participant outcomes in the PACE program.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI applications that meet PACE business requirements and ensure compliance with healthcare data standards
• Own the full development lifecycle for AI use cases, from ideation to production deployment
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency and participant outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, computer engineering, or relevant fields; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied AI development
• Demonstrated experience with retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and enterprise LLM integration
• Advanced proficiency in Python for AI application development and data pipeline construction
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and Docker-based deployments in secure cloud environments
