AI Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and deploying machine-learning and deep-learning models, the full-time AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business problems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML models, including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Build generative-AI solutions aligned with business goals and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams
• Optimize models for performance and scalability, monitor their performance in production, and document design and solution rationale

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with major ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience deploying models into production, including building REST APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks, as well as strong understanding of machine-learning fundamentals
