AI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving innovation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, the full-time AI Engineer will design and maintain AI-powered applications, build scalable software services, and contribute to the development and deployment of AI models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI applications with a focus on Agentic AI and LLM-enabled workflows
• Build software services and APIs that integrate AI models into scalable production solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience in building AI-enabled software applications and integrating machine learning capabilities
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and familiarity with model training and evaluation concepts
