AI Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on making machine learning and generative AI systems reliable and scalable, the full-time AI Engineer will design and maintain production ML/AI pipelines, apply MLOps best practices, and monitor models in production while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain production ML and AI pipelines, ensuring systems are production ready and stable
• Implement MLOps best practices, including experiment tracking and model versioning
• Build monitoring systems to detect performance issues and guide model improvements over time

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years in a technical role focused on machine learning, data platforms, or AI systems
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating machine learning or generative AI models in production environments
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including monitoring and model evaluation frameworks
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and related analytics or engineering tools
