AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered capabilities in healthcare, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design, implement, and maintain solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern Deep Learning techniques while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance evaluation
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on generative AI and applied machine learning in healthcare settings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Extensive experience in building LLM-powered applications and production AI systems within healthcare or life sciences
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare and clinical trials data
• Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and PyTorch
• Familiarity with API development and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
