AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of scalable AI systems, the full-time AI Engineer will design, build, and productionize AI/ML solutions focused on document processing and NLP workflows in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML systems using Python and PySpark
• Develop LLM and NLP pipelines for document extraction and summarization
• Collaborate with data and platform engineering teams to optimize AI systems for performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• 4-10+ years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI
• Proficiency in building and deploying production AI/ML systems
• Strong background in Python and experience with distributed data tools like PySpark or Databricks
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
