AI Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the scalability and reliability of AI agents, the full-time remote GTM AI Engineer will take ownership of transitioning prototypes to production-ready systems, ensuring observability and stability while collaborating closely with the GTM AI team.

Key responsibilities

• Take newly built agents from alpha to production by writing evaluations, hardening prompts, and refactoring code
• Instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring for the agent fleet to catch regressions proactively
• Manage deployment pipelines and database interactions to ensure safe and efficient operations at scale

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform/infrastructure engineering, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in terminal operations and familiarity with GitHub PR-and-deploy workflows
• Experience with cloud hosting, particularly Google Cloud, and knowledge of Kubernetes or VMs
• Hands-on experience with database administration and understanding of agent-database interactions
• Familiarity with LLM-based application development, including prompt engineering and modern agent frameworks
