AI Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance internal operations, the full-time Internal Forward Deployed AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI agents and integrations that streamline processes across departments while working closely with leadership and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and automations to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks across the organization
• Inspect and leverage existing SaaS platforms to build necessary integrations and facilitate seamless workflows
• Collaborate with department heads to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize engineering efforts for maximum efficiency

Required qualifications

• Five to eight years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with production code and third-party APIs
• Strong programming skills in modern languages, preferably Python or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in AI and integration work
• Experience building integrations with business SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Slack
• Demonstrated experience with large language models and AI agent frameworks in production environments
• Familiarity with business process automation tools and a solid understanding of security best practices for API integrations
