AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time AI Engineer will translate operational workflows and business problems into practical AI prototypes and MVPs while working remotely under the guidance of senior engineers and domain experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business experts and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities
• Design and build AI prototypes and MVPs that demonstrate business value, including developing code bases and evaluation scripts
• Validate prototypes with stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and documenting assumptions and design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, academic projects, or early professional experience in AI or software engineering
• Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into AI solution designs
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related data science libraries
• Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders and clarify requirements
