AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science & Engineering team, the full-time AI Engineer will design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered products and platform capabilities in a secure, regulated SaaS environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams both remotely and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for AI-driven user experiences and optimize workflows
• Build document ingestion pipelines and improve semantic search quality through evaluation and experimentation
• Deploy observability tooling for AI applications and contribute to incident response and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in taking software or AI-powered solutions from development through production deployment
• Strong Python development skills, including experience with APIs and backend services
• Experience with large language models and agent orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
