AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Engineer to work remotely, this role focuses on designing and deploying production-ready Machine Learning models and AI agents to optimize logistics workflows and drive cost reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI solutions by designing, building, and monitoring production-ready Machine Learning models and automated agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and integrate predictive tools into existing software
• Ensure AI safety and compliance through model validation, data governance, and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering or advanced analytics, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• Advanced technical expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in scaling workflows and RAG solutions
• Proven strategic problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical leaders
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• United States Citizenship is required
