AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Fintech company, the full-time CXO AI Engineer will automate operational workflows, enhance data accessibility for leaders, and build AI systems that improve customer experience while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational workflows and deploy standardized automations across platforms like Slack and Salesforce
• Flag potential operational issues and ensure AI bots function as intended by reviewing transcripts and performance metrics
• Develop memory architecture for AI systems to analyze staffing, feedback, and agent performance, ensuring seamless operations

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or customer experience/support tools (e.g., DevRev, Cresta)
• Background in data modeling or analytics (e.g., dbt, Redshift, Trino)
• Ability to build tools for non-technical end users
• Proven experience in automating business workflows and enhancing operational reliability
• Strong understanding of AI system architecture and orchestration layers
