AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with over 7 years of experience in software engineering, the full-time remote position will focus on building high-performance API services and implementing complex RAG and Agentic AI architectures, leveraging Python and AWS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, optimizing for latency and relevance
• Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain and manage orchestration and tool integration
• Evaluate and optimize AI systems using performance metrics and continuous improvement practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development and AI engineering
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI/LLM APIs and AWS Bedrock
• Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of OpenAI API standards and JSON RESTful design
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ML pipelines within the AWS ecosystem
• Exposure to building Gen AI/Agentic AI applications, focusing on efficiency and backend infrastructure management
