AI Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and building agentic AI workflows, the full-time AI Engineer will operate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) services remotely, ensuring reliable automation of multi-step business processes while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for complex, multi-step tasks with safety controls and predictable behavior
• Build and maintain end-to-end RAG solutions, optimizing ingestion pipelines and retrieval strategies for performance and reliability
• Deploy and operate AI services on AWS, ensuring strong operational practices including logging, monitoring, and error handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python and cloud environments, including 1-2 years focused on production-grade Generative AI solutions
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic AI workflows and RAG systems
• Proficiency in AWS deployment patterns and operational best practices for service delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Git-based source control
