AI Engineer

Job Summary

Building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions, the full-time remote AI Engineer will transform complex farm data into actionable intelligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions that leverage large, distributed datasets for new product capabilities
• Engineer features and design experiments to evaluate model outcomes, moving them into scalable production applications
• Integrate and monitor models using cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust testing and observability for AI systems

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in building production software and AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on data and model deployment
• Proficiency in feature engineering, model selection, and experimentation across various methodologies
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services, particularly AWS and/or Databricks
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into functional systems
• A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred
