AI Engineer

Job Summary

To build the next generation of intelligent capabilities, the full-time remote AI Engineer will develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions, explore large datasets for insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions that transform complex farm data into actionable intelligence
• Explore large, distributed datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for new product capabilities
• Integrate, deploy, fine-tune, and monitor AI models using cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Databricks

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in building production software and AI/ML solutions with a focus on model deployment
• Experience working with complex, distributed, or legacy data, including inconsistent schemas
• Strong background in feature engineering, model selection, experimentation, and evaluation
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services, particularly AWS and/or Databricks
• A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred
