AI Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Engineer will build AI-powered systems to automate and enhance workflows for healthcare businesses, utilizing agentic coding techniques to deliver rapid software solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize AI coding agents to rapidly develop and iterate on production applications while automating business workflows
- Develop LLM-based applications and create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of AI initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, including a portfolio of AI-developed projects
- Experience deploying AI-powered applications for real end users and understanding the operational challenges involved
- Proven track record in workflow automation through custom scripts or integrations
- Strong technical foundations in Python, TypeScript, SQL, web application development, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
