AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered solutions, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain machine learning pipelines, models, and applications, while collaborating with analytics teams and executive stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and develop AI-powered software products, including LLM applications and machine learning models, to optimize operations
• Provide technical leadership in AI/ML practices and ensure reliable deployment of models to AWS infrastructure
• Establish MLOps practices for continuous model improvement and implement monitoring systems for AI/ML performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and deploying machine learning models
• Proven experience with AWS, MLflow, and building REST APIs for model serving
• Strong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning and experience with data platforms and production LLM applications
• Ability to translate operational needs into AI/ML capabilities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
