AI Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architectural evolution of AI-driven agents, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will develop autonomous inbound agents, architect data pipelines for signal intelligence, and build scalable infrastructure to enhance real-time web traffic, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop autonomous inbound AI agents that identify, qualify, and route leads using proprietary identity graphs
- Architect data pipelines to analyze millions of signals for determining strategic value for customers
- Build and maintain infrastructure for efficient LLM operations and ensure reliability for real-time applications
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI product development and scaling
- Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and modern AI technologies (LangChain, Vector DBs, OpenAI APIs)
- Proficient in backend technologies including Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong understanding of product needs for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps personas
