AI Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time AI Engineer will scale modular tools and intelligent workflows, develop production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and partner with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency through automation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy reliable production systems from existing AI proofs-of-concept, ensuring stability and maintainability
- Collaborate with internal AI Champions to identify workflow bottlenecks and establish reusable automation components
- Lead improvements to the CI/CD pipeline and implement infrastructure-as-code practices to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience in building scalable systems and automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Strong track record of turning experimental ideas into production-ready solutions
