Job Summary
To design and deploy intelligent systems, the mid-level AI Engineer will work remotely on a contract basis, collaborating with software engineers and product managers to create scalable AI solutions utilizing machine learning and large language models.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI and machine-learning applications
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and business workflows
- Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve AI systems in production
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Python and software development best practices
- 3+ years of experience with generative AI and large language models
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD processes
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Docker, and Amazon SageMaker
