AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered features in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring production readiness of AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI features, including LLM-backed workflows and classification pipelines
- Own the data path for AI features, focusing on ingestion, indexing, and retrieval quality
- Design evaluation metrics and monitor deployed systems for quality drift and performance issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in production LLMs or ML systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, or Go
- Experience shipping AI features end-to-end, including evaluation and troubleshooting
- Practical knowledge of modern LLM toolkits and retrieval systems
- Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code fundamentals
