AI Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote AI Engineer, the successful candidate will design, build, and ship AI-powered product capabilities across the Biggy platform, taking ownership of features from concept to delivery while collaborating directly with customers to identify and solve high-value problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build production-grade software across backend services, APIs, and AI agents
- Architect and implement AI-native capabilities using LLMs, vector databases, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate user feedback into product capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend, full-stack, or distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
- High agency and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with modern AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code
- Experience in customer-facing roles and a strong understanding of customer needs
