Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HCM and Payroll experts to identify opportunities for AI implementation
- Design and develop cutting-edge AI algorithms for predictive analytics, intelligent decision-making, and process automation
- Create interactive prototypes and simulations to showcase the impact of AI-driven solutions in HCM and Payroll processing
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL programming languages and data manipulation and analysis libraries
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in the HCM and Payroll industry is a bonus
