AI Engineer - Automation

Job Summary

To enhance operational workflows, the contract AI Engineer - Automation will design, build, and maintain automation pipelines remotely, focusing on replacing manual processes with reliable software-driven solutions that integrate data sources and support validation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation pipelines to streamline operational, validation, and engineering workflows
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to translate manual processes into technical designs
• Build software solutions that normalize, validate, and report on operational and telemetry-related data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-7 years of software engineering or automation engineering experience, with a focus on backend tools and data pipelines
• Strong programming experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, or similar languages
• Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and work tracking systems
• Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data formats, including SQL/KQL, JSON, and CSV
